Firstly I want to share my problem about using merchantrade money app I'm never received my money in or out even I used to buy my stuff also never received any notification then I call customer Careline they told me just uninstalled it and installed back my problem solved then I did what they said but no results then , then I call again trying to tell her but she open my OTP block don't like to hear it my issue and being rude to me,today i went from your branch also no sloved my issues sad😞

Realy frustrated with the app after latest update,no more local remit,change to duitnow but unable to open,always show error,call customer service n email also even the tecnical team cannot solve my problem after almost 6days,even now foriegners can use duitnow,but we malaysia facing this issue,if cannot solve will terminate my mm card and complain to relevant authority,tq

I am considering to stop using this Merchantrade account as they have simply disabled the online transaction function with merchantrade account without any prior notice to the customers or any valid reason. In this digital error the online function is very important and useful for me which has been disabled here. And therefore I think it is useless for us to continue using the account anymore.
