Can not add subscription from app or website. Emailing is the only way to contact them and it was no help as they stopped replying after a few times and never resolved the issue. Still can't add another subscription. Love the shirts, but the customer service needs a complete overhaul. I have friends that want to get subscriptions, but can't. Please fix this asap. And the reward system doesn't work. I've had this subscription for over a year and I've never gotten a reward. Keeps resetting

Not great. The shirts are nice but the website barely functions, the app is rubbish as the buttons to take you to selection screen go to different pages and half the time you're picking your next T shirt before the last has arrived. They've also stopped customers being able to write to them on social media (no doubt to hide the level of dissatisfaction) so now customers can only email. Overall pretty terrible and nothing convenient about it.

It would be appreciated if orders changed from 'pending'. All my orders, including ones from 5th of August 2022 are still showing as 'pending'. I don't see much point in an indication feature if you're not going to indicate the process đ¤ˇââď¸ I love the app and MTC, however.
