I read other reviews, and all are the same. You can't buy through the App, worthless to try. Lots of other reviewees have the same problem. It does not bother MTC, I whish we can get some supplier who is not partially state owned. They are not bothered to improve their services or App. I would have liked to give less than 1 star. Do something ABOUT IT......

ER, this myMTC Namibia app, I was introduced to it through MyMTC Connect Magazine,it recommends this app,for a quick,and convenient way to handle,a lot off things, like data, bundles, things like aweh, packages and contracts, off latest cell phones,and many more.👏

Bought a new SIM Card and upon logging in, the number was still linked to the previous owners data. Could see all of their private data! Topping up airtime didn't work as well, tried on two different SIM cards. Won't even get you to put card details in, which is probably sensible taken they'd leak to the next one taking over the number.....
