This app never works properly. You'd think MTC would invest in some proper IT help from Artificial Intelligence instead of paying for IT specialists who clearly can't deliver a proper app for the Namibian people to utilise. You may as well bring back the old system of calling 130, because we're now forced to go into the MTC shops to get our problems solved and then your technicians still lack the capacity to actually sort out the issues. YOU SUCK!!!

Just came back from a 20minute call with mtc's call agent.. tell me why I am being advised to delete the app and re-download it. Thing is... this app keeps saying my number is somehow not actually registered on the MTC system. I don't know how and why. wasted effort

Bought a new SIM Card and upon logging in, the number was still linked to the previous owners data. Could see all of their private data! Topping up airtime didn't work as well, tried on two different SIM cards. Won't even get you to put card details in, which is probably sensible taken they'd leak to the next one taking over the number.....
