Worst customer service ever, and it never came, I called they said there is not car available of your request type. I booked 2 days ahead of time. They don't even alert me ahead of time. I ended up up driving my own car and parking at airport expensive parking. I booked large van for airport as I need to bring 4 kids and do not want to carry 4 car seats therefore I booked taxi for the first time, Uber works just fine if there is no car seats required in Uber.

Complete waste of time. Booked a taxi 30 minutes in advance for pickup downtown. Waited for 15 minutes and gave up. There is no way to track the position of the taxis once a booking is made and there are no updates for when/if it will arrive.
