Ratings and reviews

Don't trust the ETA provided by the app. Charley's Taxi service is great for advanced scheduled reservations that you made by calling their dispatch number a few days in advance. Make sure you get a text with confirmation number. This app is Not great for near time booking. This app does not help in any ways for that need.

Terrible experience. I ordered a taxi via app with ETA 1 min. After 5 minutes received a call to confirm pickup. That's it. Within 30 minutes nobody came. And even operator told us the Driver is awaiting us, we were in front of a hotel and there was no driver in sight at all. He didn't see us too.

used this twice and both times taxi did not arrive, could not find us even though we pinned ourselves on the map in the app.
