Customer care service is very bad. I have lost the application password as well as the answer to the security question to reset the password. For that, I went to MTN store, I inquired, even the phone number is linked to my name, still they were not able to give me the password of the application or solve my problem immediately. I also sent many mails on MTN official email id for the same issue but they don't even care about customer's complaint. Worst service ever.

Very bad way to sign up. Please find a way to make comfortable. Every time it request to sign up again and again. It's boring 💤

Best app ever. The app literally offers you 1gb for signingup if your a new member. Just received mind now, thanks so much my MTN.
