This app, which was already horrible on launch, has steadily gotten buggier, sluggish and increasingly more frustrating. Using this app is legitimately a form of torture. The most basic interactions crash the app, and that is if you can even log in to begin with as you will most likely be stuck on the splash screen. The UX/UI makes no sense. Menu items and functionality are placed with no hierarchy. If you have ever used MTN Ghana's website, you already know what you're in for. Good luck.

This app has improved over the years. The app works for me now, but it's still far from perfect. First of all, the app consumes a LOT of data. Sometimes, when I just open it, I get network speeds of over 1MB/s (I use a Tecno, which can show my network speed), which I get when I'm usually downloading something. Please optimize your app some more. Secondly, I tried buying data with MoMo, using the app, but an error occurred, but I lost my money. Kindly fix these issues. Thanks!!

i must say that the app has a very horrible user experience. At every opening of the app, one must login and then receive an OTP. Sometimes the OTP takes long in coming which then makes the whole thing frustrating. Turning on the location at every usage is not the best. Location drains battery 🔋 power. So, if a user leaves it on, the battery would go low very fast. I suggest you take of that login and the location as a requirement thing from the app.
