this app needs some serious work. App and wifi never worked. You go through the settings on to quick connect, doesn't work then go to advanced Wi-Fi settings you follow the directions you connect to the Wi-Fi network it tells you to connect to and then when you go back to the app it says no internet connection and you can't proceed. Of course there's no internet connection I'm connected to the Wi-Fi of this little USB dongle. Extremely frustrating I've never been able to get it to set up.

Needs work. The app opens quickly, but then when you tap to open the device you want to use, you wait 20, 40, 60 seconds or more for the app to connect so you can actuate your garage door. This is still useful if you forgot to close the door and you're 50km away, but it's an excessive time to watch a spinning loading icon in 2023. Also, there's no way to set simple reminders, for example "hey, your garage door has been left open for ## minutes" so there that it's not up to the user to remember.

Had a problem with the wifi module on the garage motor unit. Skylink replaced quickly. The original module would stop connecting often then it stopped working completely. The new unit connects and works for a few days, then needs to be set up again to work. Too much trouble. Just think of the door opener as just that, because the online portion doesn't work.
