SMART — Smart Trace
SMART (Smart Trace) is an integrated platform for industrial management, bringing together production monitoring (D-Trace), sensors and assets (P-Trace), and, notably, maintenance management in M-Trace, all in a single system.
M-Trace is the Maintenance Management module of Smart Trace. It centralizes work orders (WO), preventive, corrective, and prescriptive tasks, technicians, warehouse, and suppliers. The module offers inventory control for parts, parts requests, purchase orders, and approval workflows, as well as Gantt chart planning and a maintenance calendar.
With M-Trace, maintenance ceases to be reactive and becomes planned, traceable, and aligned with the other SMART modules — production and sensors — on a single platform.
