About this app
MTX Connect for Business is a companion app for organizations using MTX Connect connectivity services.
To access the app features, users must have either an active MTX Connect Business SIM or eSIM in their device, or a Business subscriber account provisioned by their organization’s administrator.
When an MTX Connect Business SIM or eSIM is active in the device, the app signs the subscriber in automatically. If no SIM is present, subscribers can log in manually using credentials provided by their organization.
The app does not allow independent service activation. All connectivity features, packages, and security services are configured and managed by the organization through the MTX Connect management portal.
KEY FEATURES
View Active Services
See which services are assigned to you, including data packages, SIM or eSIM assignment, phone number, VPN availability, and VoIP calling. If an eSIM is assigned, it can be installed directly on your device through the app.
Track Data Usage
Check your remaining data allowance and review usage by date and country.
Receive SIM-Linked Messages
Access SMS messages sent to your MTX Connect Business number, even if the SIM is not currently active in the device.
VoIP Calling
Make and receive calls using your assigned MTX Connect Luxembourg or UK number directly within the app.
Enhanced Security
When enabled by your organization’s administrator, the app allows installation and control of a VPN profile that routes traffic through MTX Connect’s secured mobile infrastructure. The VPN feature works only when the device is connected via an MTX Connect Business SIM or eSIM.
Always Online Status
If your organization has enabled the Always Online option, you can view its status in the app.
Organization Information
Access company contact details, supervisor information, FAQs, and contact MTX Connect support directly from within the app.
