About this app

Health by MUA is a Health Insurance application created exclusively for MUA clients in Mauritius. The app allows users to access their health insurance policy details and complete several tasks in respect to their health insurance claims and their policy, from anywhere 24/7. Once registered, MUA clients will be able to access the following functionalities:
- View their policy details, including their covers, limits, and remaining balances - for them and their dependents.
- Request changes to their policy, including adding new dependents.
- They will be able to submit claims quickly and easily, with a snap & send functionality.
- Clients will be able to track their health claims, view the status and details of payments done.
- Clients will be able to contact MUA directly via the app, request a call back and locate the nearest branch/agency.
