I transferred and lost connection. After that, I got no receipt of my transaction, not even in my email. I finally took a screenshot of the transaction history and contacted customer care. Hopefully, it can be an input for them in improving the application, but their answers are so unsatisfying. Bad service.

Couldn't register, the app saying I put a wrong account number, while it was the account I have with BMI. The same account I used in Muamalat Mobile previously. After calling CS, I found out that my card is expired and that is why the app doesn't work. So hopefully BMI can reactivate my card so I can try the DIN App.

Simple, user friendly and updated fitur for electronic money's top up. Please update for mutation message fitur, so we can click on the transaction message. So far. So Good. Much better than b4 ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š
