Worked really well for the whole 2 days! Then they issued a 30% off promo, and since then the app keeps crashing on startup. Force stopped the app, cleared cache - that didn't make any difference. Cleared data, uninstalled, reinstalled - same issue. Hey, thanks for the promo!!! The cam is actually pretty good but it's useless without a working app. I'll be returning the cam within a couple of days if the app continues crashing.

App keeps crashing. We cannot see sny camera notifications because the app not only lags but freezes whenever opened. We've tried different devices, but it's been like this for a good while. So far customer service hasn't been of any help. What's the point in a camera if you don't have access to see what's happening or what has happened. Pretty useless

This is a good app. It aids in setup of the camera(s). Allows access to camera, SD card history, and cloud if you subscribe. I used it for a few weeks without subscribing. It works fine that way. I subscribed also, since it's pretty cheap and I can store more on the cloud than my 64GB card. In the app you can point the camera, record video, snap photos, review video history, configure zones for tracking, control and adjust mic, speaker, sound and alarm, and restart the camera remotely.
