I had a very disappointing experience using the Mudaliar Matrimony app. I paid 7000 rupees for the 3-month Prime Gold membership, expecting better service and more active profiles, but it has been a waste of money. I rarely see any new profiles being added, and most of the existing profiles match my preferences poorly or are inactive. Even after reaching out through the provided contact options, I received no response from any of the bridegrooms I contacted. I don't recommend this app

Log-in issue – poor response from Helpdesk. Registration done with my abroad number. Unfortunately, I got an error while logging in with my credentials, so I decided to go with the "Forgot password" option. But I didn't receive any single OTP from the website. When I checked with the supporting team, every time they were saying, like, "We will check and update" only. Sent an mail to the Helpdesk, but still no reply from them. Check the ticket 663367

Hidden Photos & Numbers (Even for Paid Members): What is the point of a premium membership if I still can’t see photos or view phone numbers? Everything says "protected." It makes zero sense to pay money just to browse blindly. ​Fake/Ghost Profiles: The app allows hundreds of people to sign up without any verification or photos. They let incomplete profiles clutter the app while charging serious users real money.
