Mudaraba is a crowdfunding platform that provides Sukuk (debt instruments) issuance. We enable SMEs to get financed through the debt capital market by adopting Mudaraba framework that is compliant with Shari'a (Islamic laws).
Mudaraba Financial Company is a leading crowdfunding platform that uses profit sharing arrangements to close the gap between SMEs that are looking for financing and Investors by issuing Sukuk as a debt instrument.
Mudaraba Sukuk are issued based on Mudaraba agreement between the Sukuk owners & beneficiary, issuance proceeds are used to finance a specific project managed by beneficiary & monitored by Mudaraba Financial Company. The Sukuk represents a mass-ownership in the project’s asset, and the achieved profit is distributed according to the participation specified in the agreement while its nominal value is returned from the project at the end of its term.
Mudaraba uses state of the art credit assessment and rating tool by Mode Finance who is leading SME rating for bond issuance in Europe.
