MU Express is the official app for MU Express courier and cargo — built both for
customers who want to follow their parcels and for the team that moves them.

FOR CUSTOMERS
• Every parcel you have booked, in one list, newest first.
• Follow each parcel through its journey: Booked, Assigned to Bearer, In Transit,
Arrived Hub, Out for Delivery and Delivered.
• See the details that matter — parcel number, category, quantity and pieces,
booking date and delivery date.
• Stay on top of the money: total billed, amount paid and amount still due, shown
in the currency you were billed in.
• A dashboard that sums it all up — parcels in transit, parcels delivered, your
delivery rate, and a booking trend chart for the past two weeks.
• Sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. No password to
remember.
• Keep your own profile and photo up to date.


FOR ADMIN AND OFFICE STAFF
• An operations dashboard with live counts for parcels, customers and shipments,
plus today's bookings, parcels in transit and parcels delivered.
• Revenue at a glance, broken down by currency, with billed, collected and
outstanding totals and an overall delivery rate.
• A 14-day shipment trend and your most recent shipments, one tap from the full
record.
• Shipments — open a shipment against a sector and date, set air or sea and
import or export, then search and filter the list by status.
• Open any shipment to see every parcel booked against it.
• Customers — add, edit and review customer records, and activate or deactivate
an account.
• Bearers — add, edit and review the people carrying your parcels, complete with
photos, and activate or deactivate them.
