EggApp is a boiled egg timer that does one thing and does it well. Choose how you like your egg, tap Start, and get a reminder the second it is ready — no guessing, no chalky yolks, no standing over the pan with a stopwatch.

THREE DONENESS PRESETS
• Runny — 6 minutes. A liquid gold yolk, made for dipping toast.
• Soft — 10 minutes. A jammy centre with a firm white.
• Hard — 12 minutes. Fully set, ready for salads and lunchboxes.

Tap a preset and the egg on screen changes with it, so you can see exactly what you are cooking before the water even boils.
