About this app

The ALFACO Rewards Application will allow their members to use their own account to perform the following tasks via their Android Mobile Phone.

1. They will be able to view their Account Summary – Points Earned, Points Redeemed and Transaction Details
2. They will be able to use their built in unique QR Code to Earn & Redeem points without using their physical loyalty card.
3. Members will be able to view which tier level they are on.
4. Members will be able to keep themselves updated with the latest promotions offered by partnered restaurants.
5. The application provides Members with all the Restaurant Locations.

Unregistered ALFACO Card Holders can register via the Application itself, by just clicking Sign Up and entering the required information on the given form.

Ratings and reviews

Slow and useless. I cannot register saying my number is already registered. When I retrieve the "supposed created account", it sends Recovery pin number but the app doesn't show any space or link to use that pin number. I cannot retrieve my account credentials

Useless app. Never updated always offers one day behind. Crashes all the time and lots of failed options. People evaluating and rating the quality of food here 🙈 wake up you need to evaluate the app and not the food 😏 don't misguide others about the app. Developers I hope you give some attention to fix the app technical problems and update it's information if you want people to continue using it and not deleting it. One ⭐ only for now till app's functions are improved and fixed.

For almost more than one month they didn't send any sms , the forgot password is not working such simple function is not working gives you a glimpse if what you will face later on. Update 5th Feb 2023, offers not working contact us nothing working contact us number also not in service ... what a shame such app for such great restaurants brand
