It's a pretty good app for purchasing items directly from other countries like China on items on 1688 or Taobao. App does its job and its pretty easy to navigate around. once you purchase an item and its at the warehouse, they take pictures of the item for you ti quick check. If there are flaws, you message your agent and they talk with the seller on your behalf. Only issue I have is sometimes support takes a while to get back to you, and updates on packages aren't always updated in time.

The app could be snappier, but it's definitely THE easiest to use. They promptly send photos of your items, and everything is laid out in a very convenient manner. The agents they assign to buy your stuff and the people on their cs team are all very lovely and friendly!

Sometimes the app bugs, if left on the customer support section for a few minutes and then you open the app again, an error message appears 'you don't have the Google play services installed'. Besides the occasional bugs the app is good
