The shipping price is exorbitant and inflated. If you return the item, they usually don't refund you, and if they do, they take approximately 35% of your money, citing shipping, service, and fees.

I like the app itself, it's good, but the shipping costs are excessively expensive compared to other apps, and what I liked least is that they don't offer wholesale.

This is probably the best shipping agent out there. Did a few hauls on CNfans first, but the shipping prices were really out of hand. That's when I discovered mulebuy. The shipping to Europe is like half to what I paid on CNfans, and if you find the right sellers, the items might come out in one of the best qualities. If you don't know how to use vendors, I wouldn't recommend it for you, but for me the app is fantastic!
