Have stayed at Millennium Tara in London on many occasions and love it but don't like the app as it has suddenly decided not to come up on my phone. I have uninstalled it and I stalled it again about five times now but it still won't open. I am a member but can't get in to see me earned ponts and check a new booking. It's now 2022 and I STILL can't get into the app. Will someone please advise why.

When attempting to book a room using the hotel's app, no customer service is available to assist in case of mistakes or other issues. I once had to call the hotel for assistance, but they informed me that since I booked through the app, they couldn't help me. This begs the question: what is the point of offering an app that doesn't provide adequate customer support?

I spent an hour trying to book a room and have now given up. Keeps resetting when I'm trying to enter my card details for payment. It didn't like my last name b
