About this app
The Pacheco & Cunha app is the official communication channel between the firm and its clients. Instead of exchanging messages and documents through generic apps, everything is gathered in one place: every conversation, every file sent, and every stage of your processes, with a record of what was requested and what has already been delivered.
TRACK YOUR PROCESSES
See the list of processes you are involved in and open each one to check the current stage, the participants involved, and the complete timeline — requests, submissions, conferences, and stage changes appear in order as they happen. You no longer depend on phone calls to find out the status of your case.
SEND REQUESTED DOCUMENTS
When the firm needs a document, you receive the request in the app, with a description of what is needed. Simply attach the file or take a photo using the app itself. You can track when the submission has been received and verified, and you can reopen the documents related to your process at any time.
CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE
The chat connects you directly to the firm's customer service center, in the same format you're already used to: text messages, photos, and files. Within a case, you can also send specific questions about that subject, so that the answer reaches the person handling it.
NOT A CLIENT YET?
You can create your account even without having a case in progress and start a conversation with the firm through the app. The first contact originates in the official channel, registered from the first message.
INSTANT NOTIFICATIONS
Receive an alert when there is a new message, a document request, or a change in your case. In the settings, you choose which notifications you want to receive.
