If a car was actually available when its needed this would be a great, but its so unreliable and not worth the time and effort it takes to go through the booking process. Especially when you have to be somewhere so you prebook and wait 30-60mins or however long and then 2 mind before your expecting to be picked up a notification comes that it was cancelled. I have been late too many times that I can't risk using this service anymore.

App constantly has errors, especially when you need quickly for a ride home. I don't use anymore because I can't rely on it. The map picks me up over in the US and says no cars close enough or just won't sign in. After 2-3 times of losing ice cream and standing in the pouring rain the price of Uber or real caba don't seem as terrible. Not to mention nothing is guaranteed with this app. A driver tried to charge me 14 for a trip that said 10 and argued with me in front of my wife and daughter! :(
