Sonetime good.. but mostly bad. The drivers are almost always trying to scam people.. there is no way to review the trips. The drivers insist on cash payment after accepting the rides with card. And if you try to pay cash..they never carry any change whatsoever. At times drivera arrive with different cars than as shown in the app. They ask for more money than what is shown on the app. Too many things that this app needs to work on, would be nice if they can hear what people are experiencing.

I have a complain about the rides I had. Firstly, The driver made 2 unnecessary stops to look for gas, adding extra distance and cost to my trip. The price I was charged was higher than the price I was quoted when I booked the ride. This is the second time this has happened recently. The driver on my previous trip also took a long, congested route that made the ride more expensive than it should have been. On top of that, a coupon I used was cancelled at the end of the trip without any warning.

very bad support... you can't get invoice from app .. and you need to send in WhatsApp to get invoice.. and they answer after 2 days to send invoice
