I'm so disappointed, I pre-ordered my trip the day before, and the driver was assigned 5 mins after my request. I waited for almost half an hour, but she didn't show up. I called the customer services 3 times but no one answered. I had to cancel the trip and order Uber so I barely can reach my lecture on time. The app doesn't provide any direct communication between the customer and the driver, no number to call nor location to detect. I was so excited to use it but you disappointed me so much.

While you oblige us to agree on terms and conditions to register I clicked on the link for the terms and conditions on the registration page to read them and the link took me to the main page of your website! I searched for them on your website but couldn't find any information about them , i sent a message asking about the terms and conditions but there was no reply!!!! How come you want us to agree on something we dont know?!!
