About this app
MultiChannel puts your business messaging workspace on your phone. Sign in with your existing MultiChannel portal account to pick up conversations, launch campaigns and check delivery numbers without opening a laptop.
DASHBOARD
• Messages sent, delivered, read and replied, at a glance
• Delivery rate and messaging cost for the period you pick
• Message activity chart and a delivery funnel breakdown
• Open chat and contact counts
LIVE CHAT
• Browse every conversation with search and status filters
• Open a thread and read the full history — text, images and documents
• Reply with text, or send an attachment from your device
• Insert saved quick replies instead of retyping common answers
• Threads refresh on their own, or pull down to refresh
CAMPAIGNS
• See all campaigns with live send counts
• Open any campaign for its delivery report
• Pause, resume or cancel a running campaign
• Create and launch a campaign from an approved message template
• Schedule it for later, or send right away
CONTACTS
• Search your contact list and jump straight into a conversation
BUILT FOR TEAMS
• Your role decides what you see — tabs and actions are permission-gated, so an agent and an admin get different views of the same workspace
• Belong to more than one workspace? Switch between them from the account menu
• Push notifications when a conversation needs a reply
BEFORE YOU INSTALL
This is a companion app, not a standalone service. You need an existing MultiChannel portal account and your organisation's server address — your administrator provides both. The app talks only to your own MultiChannel server.
