About this app

MUN App is a free app for delegates and organizers of Model United Nations (MUN) conferences in Kazakhstan and around the world.

FOR DELEGATES
• Find conferences: filter by country, dates and format — in person or online.
• Apply in one tap: choose a committee and submit your application. The participation fee is paid by bank transfer, and you upload the receipt in the app.
• Digital MUN passport: a unique number, a QR code for on-site check-in, stamps for every conference and your participation history.
• Rankings and awards: follow your position among delegates and receive participation certificates and awards.
• Chat: talk to delegates, your committee and organizers; find participants nearby at a conference (with your consent, users 18+ only).
• Appio, an AI assistant: helps you prepare for a session. It works only after your explicit consent.
• Conference news and press center, schedule and committee materials.

FOR ORGANIZERS
• Receive and process applications, manage committees and your team.
• Check participants in with a QR code at the entrance.
• Session control center: speakers, votes and schedule.
• Certificates and awards for participants, conference analytics.

FOR OTHER ROLES
• Committee chairs, journalists, volunteers and observers get dedicated screens for their tasks.

PRIVACY AND SAFETY
• The app is intended for users aged 13 and over; extra protections and parental consent apply to minors.
• Report users and content, block users, chat moderation.
• Delete your account and data: https://api.mun.kz/account-deletion
