Munawwara Care helps organized Hajj and Umrah groups stay connected and safe.
For pilgrims
• Share your location with your authorized group moderator for safety
• Trigger SOS in an emergency so moderators can respond quickly
• Receive important messages, reminders, and meetpoint alerts from your guide
• Voice calls with your moderator when you need help
For moderators
• Manage assigned pilgrim groups from one dashboard
• See group locations on a private map
• Send announcements, reminders, and meetpoint updates
• Handle SOS alerts and coordinate responses
• Provision pilgrims and provide secure one-time login for their devices
Munawwara Care is designed for adults traveling with an authorized operator and assigned group moderator. It is not a public social network and is not a substitute for emergency services—always contact local emergency numbers (e.g. 999, 911) in life-threatening situations.
