I've had both good/bad experiences with Munchys, and if you're wondering why I gave them 5 Stars even with the bad experiences it goes like this: all delivery apps have the same issues, Munchys just doesn't have the money or manpower to artificially inflate their ratings. When you get delivery the chain of sequences your food goes through becomes significantly longer, meaning more places for things to go wrong. But when taken overall I'd say Munchys has been better then others I've used.

Most of the time the food is still hot. It is a real nice service to help when you cant go out. Only once did a driver deliver our food to a house down the street, than went and picked it up from them and brought it to us. The driver didn't say anything until about a month later when we used the service again. Kinda felt a bit ... I think... contaminated, it was during the pandimic.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Awful customer service, you're going to recieve cold food and extremely slow response times. I've given them multiple chances and they disappoint everytime. Big middle finger to "Adam", waited over an hour for an incomplete meal and ended up driving to the restaurant myself. Even if it's the only delivery service in your area DO NOT use it.
