Water Meter Reader is an app for condominiums that performs automated water meter readings via photo, with dynamic condominium configuration and cost spreadsheet generation.

Designed for building managers, administrators, caretakers, and field teams, the app organizes the capture, verification, and export workflow into a direct and focused experience.

With Water Meter Reader, you can:

- Configure condominium, blocks, towers, and apartments.

- Capture photos of water meters and send images for automated analysis.

- Confirm readings to maintain a reliable history.

- Consult results by period.

- Generate monthly spreadsheets with readings and costs per unit.

- Include previous readings and estimated bill calculations.

- Download, share, and manage generated files.

The app helps reduce rework in metering routines, keeping readings organized by condominium, block, apartment, and month. Captures can be reviewed before confirmation, ensuring greater control over the final result.

The generated spreadsheet considers current and previous readings available to estimate consumption and calculate the bill based on the price per cubic meter configured for the condominium.

Portfolio and analyses:

- Each account has 5 free analyses per month.

- Extra analyses can be purchased for the price displayed in the app.

- Purchases via Pix are sent to the registered email.

- The balance is released after payment confirmation.

- Analyses with errors should not consume confirmed credit.

Privacy and control:

- The app uses the camera only to capture photos of the water meters.

- Readings can be manually reviewed by the user.

- The data is linked to the logged-in account.

- It is possible to delete the account and associated data through the app.
