About this app

Are you taking the Norwegian oral exam at A2–B1 or B1–B2? MuntligB1 helps you practice speaking out loud, build clear answers, and discover what you can improve.

With MuntligB1, you can:

• practice topics that are suitable for the Norwegian oral exam
• speak into the microphone and see the words written as you speak
• get personalized AI feedback on content, structure, and language
• complete guided sessions with questions from all three parts of the exam
• practice sentences and words you find difficult
• continue where you left off and track your progress

The app is designed for adults preparing for the Norwegian oral exam. You need an existing MuntligB1 account to log in. Some features require paid access. The app has no purchase or account creation.

When you use the speech features, microphone audio is sent to Deepgram to convert your speech into text. The transcription and task context are sent to Anthropic to create feedback. Microsoft Azure only receives MuntligB1's task text when a text is read aloud - not your recording. MuntligB1 does not store the audio recording itself.

You choose whether to turn on speech and AI feedback. Consent can be withdrawn in your account settings. There you can also delete your account and associated data.

MuntligB1 is an independent learning app and is not affiliated with HK-dir or an official testing center.
