You are born in the martial world, the murim: an orphan in a temple, the heir of a sword family, a beggar's child, a merchant's son or daughter. What happens next is up to you.
Train your internal energy. Master the sword, the fist, the art of lightness. Break through from Third-Rate to Second-Rate, First-Rate, Peak Master and beyond, if your body survives it. Join Shaolin, Wudang, Mount Hua, the Beggars' Sect or the Heavenly Demon Cult, or walk the road as a lone wanderer. Make friends who will die for you, and rivals who never forget.
