Musalih is a Platform to connect users with handyman services within Oman. It is made easy for the user to look for a service in a finger tab and in short amount of time the service provider “Mahir” can accept the request and provide the service for the user.

The user has the option to schedule a service to request immediately. Through the request process at Musalih Platform users have to describe the issue or the service they need to complete or resolve.

Services covered are in the Air conditioning, Electricity and Plumping. All services provided by Musalih platform are under 3 days guarantee, in case the issue shall be revisited within the 3 days after the service, it shall be of no cost to the user. The cost will be there only on case of completing extra service other than the original request or new part replacement/installation.

Musalih platform provides the option for the user to pay either cash or thought online payment for the services. After the payment the user has the option to rate and review the service provider “Mahir”. The review is to maintain the high-quality services targeted in every service completed through Musalih Platform.

Ratings and reviews

This app doesn't work anymore. It stops and hangs as soon as you try to start it up. I reported it, but nothing was done. Tried to call Musalih by phone to obtain their services... The responses are slow, and the technician is told different requirements... The management team needs to do a lot more quality of customer services, satisfaction, and experience and a lot less quantity of services they complete.

2 bad experiences. 1 engineer came and couldnt fix the problem but took the money. Said a new enginner would come but nonone did. I tried to make another appointment and they say we'll do it soon and then contacted me hours later to say there's no engineer available. Also, they cancel your service on the app after they show up and don't do the work, so I couldn't rate the service.

The service is good, the technicians are clean and professional. You don't have to haggle for the price and they are on time. Excessive notifications. Things don't break in the house everyday and I don't need to see notifications about your repair service so often
