About this app

Asteco IAS is your all-in-one solution for managing Facilities and Asset Services – rebranded from Provis iFM to reflect our continued evolution under the Asteco name.
Whether you're a contractor, engineer, client or senior manager, Asteco IAS helps streamline operations, improve visibility and manage maintenance tasks from anywhere.
Key Features by User Role:
Contractors - Access assigned tasks, accept new jobs and keep teams updated in real time. The app uses foreground and background location to support accurate task tracking on site.
Engineering Teams - View, create and manage planned and reactive tasks directly from the field.
Clients - Raise service requests, track updates and share feedback on completed jobs.
Management - Monitor KPIs, identify operational issues and ensure service excellence across assets.
Asteco IAS – Real-time facility management, redefined.
