Mushafak is one companion for everything you need with the Qur'an: read, listen, memorise, recite aloud, know your prayer times and your daily adhkar — all on your device, and most of it offline.

A verified text plus scanned mushaf pages, browsing by surah, juz', hizb or page, and "continue reading" from where you stopped. Bookmarks, personal notes on verses, adjustable text size and a night mode.
✓ Recitations in several riwayat
Six riwayat — Hafs 'an 'Asim, Warsh and Qalun 'an Nafi', Shu'bah, al-Duri and al-Susi — with dozens of reciters. Word-by-word highlighting that follows the recitation, tap a word to hear it, a sleep timer, and offline playback once downloaded.
✓ Memorise, review, recite aloud
A learning loop for a new verse: listen, recite along with the reciter, then recite alone with the text hidden. The verse then enters spaced repetition (FSRS) and returns on the day its trace is about to fade. When you recite aloud, the app shows you where you stumbled. Recognition runs on your device; in hard cases such as heavy noise or a Bluetooth microphone, the recording is checked in the cloud after you are told, is not kept, and you can turn this off. Your recordings are saved only if you choose to share them with your teacher or to help improve recitation checking.

Prayer times computed astronomically on the device with no network, using eighteen calculation methods (Umm al-Qura, Muslim World League, Egyptian Authority, Karachi, North America, Algeria, Turkey, Morocco, Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Singapore, France, Russia, Tunisia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Tehran), the Hanafi Asr, and high-latitude rules. A reminder for each prayer, an adhan sound, an accurate qibla using the device compass, and the Hijri date.

272 adhkar in 18 sections — morning, evening, sleep, waking, prayer, mosque, home, travel, food, distress, illness, istikharah and more — each fully vowelled with its source and its repetition count. Reminders for each kind, a tasbih counter, search and favourites.

Several tafsir works, the meanings of unfamiliar words, word roots and everywhere they occur, similar passages, and chapters on the sciences of the Qur'an.
