worst customer support,some profiles already engaged and married those people asked matrimony to remove,we contacted engaged profile also,so we asked to add mobile number count for compensate, after informing,they are not adding counts ,so many times we called,they are not adding.simply saying under validation,more than 2 weeks they are validating not adding.

It will only feed good until you pay for memebership. Once you pay the service is not so great. The profiles are mostly outdated. Not much responses from other profiles also. Feels like a setback. They used to keep calling until I paid for the membership after that I can't even approach customer care before calling them several times. I feel it's a waste of money and time.

Please don't trust this app!!! Few days back i was going to upgrade my account with 3 month subscription plan. The bill was around 3900 and when i use my credit card the charged me 7136. Now I'm contacting them to cancel my subscription and asked for refund but they surprised me by saying they don't have any refund policy. I mean what the hell is wrong with this platform, they even don't have cancelation policy . Don't trust this app!
