About this app

Reconciliation allows you to manage your company's current account reconciliations from a single place. Instantly see the status of the reconciliations you send, track responses and objections,
and initiate new submissions from your phone.

OVERVIEW
• Total, pending response, opened, approved, rejected, and expired reconciliations all on one screen
• Status distribution and submission graph for the last 30 days
• Filtering by status, type, transfer, and date range, current account/code/email search

SENT
• List of all sent reconciliations; status, discussion, and archive filters
• Reconciliation details: amount, period, objection description, timeline, and attachments
• Correspondence with the counterparty; Reminder and Resend (preview email before sending)

SENDING FROM MOBILE
• Three-step wizard: period and filters, customer selection, sending
• Ready-made filters and amount thresholds such as debtor/creditor, unresponsive, no email
• Email and WhatsApp channels; live tracking of sending progress
