Calculate Your Salary — The first app for Iraqi government employees to accurately track all their financial and employment entitlements in accordance with applicable laws.

✅ Nominal Salary Calculation
Enter your grade, stage, qualifications, and appointment and start dates, and the app will calculate your nominal salary according to the salary scale of Law No. 22 of 2008, as amended, along with your full service period in years, months, and days, including any additional service.

✅ Gross and Net Salary Calculation
All allowances in one click: certificate allowances, academic title, university service allowance, position allowance, transportation allowance based on work location, hazard pay, fixed allowances, and spousal and child allowances — with deductions: 10% pension contributions and income tax according to legal brackets (Law 113 of 1982).

✅ Bonus and Promotion Dates
The app informs you of your next annual bonus and promotion date, calculated from the date of your last bonus and promotion. It also takes into account the seniority of letters of appreciation (letter of appreciation = 1 month, letter of appreciation from the Prime Minister = 6 months) and the impact of disciplinary penalties. You will receive automatic notifications as the due date approaches.

For retirees and those approaching retirement — calculate your retirement salary instantly (2.5% for each year of service, up to a maximum of 80%) without needing to create an account.

A group chat connecting employees and management: ask questions, share your experiences, and send text, images, or voice messages.

Register using only your mobile number and password — we do not ask for your name or email address. Numbers are displayed in the chat room without requiring an internet connection.
