In addition, our insured can manage authorizations, the virtual card, contacts, pending tasks and notifications, as well as make video calls with medical professionals, all from the comfort of their home.

Main functionalities of the application:

* Medical guide: easily find all the contracted medical centers by filtering by specialty, center, town, etc.

* Request history: view all your requests with filters by date and status.

* Telemedicine: Allows you to make video calls with medical professionals, request an appointment from the application and have remote consultations with your doctor.

* Cancellation of requests: you can cancel your authorizations whenever you need to.

* Complete medical history: access all your visits and authorizations, with the option to download in Excel or PDF.

* Push notifications: receive the status of your requests and other news in real time.

* Pending task management: easily check the procedures you have in progress with Mutuacat.

* Direct chat for authorizations: contact Mutuacat without the need for calls or emails and attach documents.
