Emergency Offline Trip Support
Driver and passenger safety is a core part of Muve Driver. During an active trip, loss of mobile internet connectivity may prevent the driver from completing the trip through the online system.
In this situation, the driver can use Emergency End Trip. After the driver selects this option and grants SMS permission, Muve Driver automatically sends one emergency SMS to Muve’s official support number. The SMS contains the active trip ID and recent location details so that Muve Support can identify and safely complete the affected trip.
SMS permission is used only for this driver-initiated emergency trip function. It is not used for marketing, advertising, personal messaging, or background communication. Mobile network SMS charges may apply.
