Buggy App. Please fix your app. We bought expensive SMini but the app is really not up to par. Translation feature not working. Image can't be downloaded. Video section only works the first time after I tap my nfc. The 2nd time I open it, the video section is completely blank. Please fix it!

After scanning your smini the video will be gone for good unless you take the time to uninstall the app again and re-scan the smini. Fix it you useless devs.

How come the videos go missing after closing the app? Its a hassle to constantly delete the smart card and download again just so I can watch the MVs. Please fix this
