Ratings and reviews

The app is convenient to manage subscription and renewals along with balance. But I don't get why your app goes to home screen of the app when I press on a notification and it doesn't take me to what information the notification had. It is a pointless app to have notification enabled as it will continuously send notification but it leads to nowhere.

Avoid Ncell at all costs if you are a tourist in Nepal. Not only is the data reception spotty and unreliable outside of major city centers, but their mobile app is fundamentally broken and feels like a calculated scam. ​I tried to purchase a 28-day data package through the app using my credit card. The app processed the payment and charged my card, but the purchase "failed" within the app. I tried to use the "Live Support" feature in the app, and that gave an error too.

I am very disappointed with changes in data plans as even to buy a data pack the minimum sum u required is 35 which is not really worth the price as I many people only use data packs to access their e-banking which only requires 100mb and the rest just expires.
