Ratings and reviews

The app is convenient to manage subscription and renewals along with balance. But I don't get why your app goes to home screen of the app when I press on a notification and it doesn't take me to what information the notification had. It is a pointless app to have notification enabled as it will continuously send notification but it leads to nowhere.

As a long time Ncell user I am really disappointed and dissatisfied with the current data and voice packs update. It has made me to reconsider my network service provider choice. Sadhain on combo pack were the best scheme you ever brought. It had so many options which were really affordable and were really useful as per the price I used to pay. This current packs and frequent updates are making me think about not using this network provider at all.

App is good but they irritate customers by doing SMS than actually providing service. Focus on improving services rather than trying to sell services if the service and other factors are good you don't need to promote every package and data plan you have by throwing SMS to customers. Stop sending these frustrating and irritating messages! Your constant spam about packages and data plans is completely unprofessional and desperate. If we want a plan, we will buy it ourselves. Be professional...
