I'm on a strong 5G signal but the app still won't work. So if you want to see a cool loading image this is the app for you. I can't say much else because its responsiveness is so terrible I can't even use it. Very disappointed NEW Margaritaville owner, bad first impressions.

Will not load. I booked a cruise and I am trying to get in to view and look for add-on options. I thought it was me or my phone. I uninstalled and re-installed. It still will not work. I agree with another user. I hope I don't need it for the cruise. I also like to make payments. How can I pay if I can't get in the app.

The app is extremely lagging and lacks the information that people actually need to see. The app is not optimal and needs major improvement.
