Ratings and reviews

Customer service is almost non-existent and inconsistent. Very easy to deposit money and pay the deposit service fee but seems impossible to withdraw your winnings. I won 500$ a week ago and still unable to cash out because of a bug with the app, and no one seems to be actually trying to help me figure it out. update: been over 2 weeks now still no response.
