ok everyone, finally figured out the problem with the app. the reason it doesn't work to submit your paperwork is because the app doesn't ask for the permissions needed. so you will have to go into your settings and turn those on. Grant access to your storage and camera. this should be automatic but i guess the developer hasn't figured it out. i hope everyone read this and gets it working. be safe out there
