Works well about 90% of the time. Super convenient when the app is running but a nightmare when trying to get to work and all of a sudden, the network is down. Also, if you call support, they'll answer 2/3 times. My 3rd time I was stuck on hold for 25 minutes, gave up and called an Uber. Overall, kinda reliable but very convenient nevertheless.

Lately when I try to book a ride, the app or map doesn't recognize my address, and it gives me someone else's! Then I have to call customer service to get one booked! Then I have to pay cash when I get on the bus. Even though I have purchased tickets in my account! Which is another inconvenience, finally this new app is suppose to help with long wait times, WRONG! There were times when I waited up to 40 minutes! Then your driver doesn't even apologize!

Cheaper than an Uber/Lyft, but takes 3x as long and doesn't go as far. Sure, you can buy a connect ticket for $3, but in order to go to my destination, the app wants me to take two different connect rides, costing me twice as much. It also won't accept my GoTo card as payment, even though their normal busses accept it as valid fare.
