Ratings and reviews

Works well about 90% of the time. Super convenient when the app is running but a nightmare when trying to get to work and all of a sudden, the network is down. Also, if you call support, they'll answer 2/3 times. My 3rd time I was stuck on hold for 25 minutes, gave up and called an Uber. Overall, kinda reliable but very convenient nevertheless.

Lately when I try to book a ride, the app or map doesn't recognize my address, and it gives me someone else's! Then I have to call customer service to get one booked! Then I have to pay cash when I get on the bus. Even though I have purchased tickets in my account! Which is another inconvenience, finally this new app is suppose to help with long wait times, WRONG! There were times when I waited up to 40 minutes! Then your driver doesn't even apologize!

basically all the drivers I have come across never use their eyes, like I order one, they pass me and park somewhere else, I try to walk to them, they drive away without looking if they see who ordered the ticket, like it's really frustrating so I'll just pay the more expensive Uber since at least they will look around and see if I'm actually present instead of driving off, fire all the drivers, cause I've had nothing but bad experiences
