About this app

MwareAI is the mobile companion to the MwareTV TV Management System (TVMS). It puts your streaming service in your pocket: ask questions in plain language, check your live channels and VOD jobs, approve workflow runs, and get notified the moment something needs you.

An MwareTV TVMS operator account is required to sign in.

ASK YOUR PLATFORM ANYTHING
Type or speak a question: which channels had errors today, how many customers joined this week, which titles are missing artwork. MwareAI reads your platform and answers with the data behind it.

EVERY CHANGE WAITS FOR YOUR OK
When you ask MwareAI to change something, such as adding channels to a bundle or updating a product, it prepares the change and shows exactly what will be touched. Nothing happens until you tap Confirm.

LIVE STREAMS AND VOD AT A GLANCE
See every live channel with its status, bitrate and uptime. Start, stop or restart a stream, read its logs, and follow VOD transcoding jobs from queued to done.

KNOW FIRST WHEN SOMETHING BREAKS
Push notifications tell you when a stream goes into error, a VOD job fails or a workflow is waiting for review. Set quiet hours and choose which alerts you want.

WORKFLOWS ON THE GO
Review and approve content workflow runs, retry or skip a row, pause or activate a workflow, and start a run when you need it.

BUILT FOR TEAMS
You see exactly what your TVMS role allows, across every client you manage. Sensitive actions ask for Face ID first, and the app follows your company's sign-in and session rules.
