Mwasalat Misr is a group of pioneering Egyptian companies specialized in providing smart sustainable urban mobility and transit solutions for cities of various scales in emerging markets; its current operational scope spans across Greater Cairo Metropolitan Area (GCMA) and neighboring New Urban Communities.

Mwasalat Misr is the first international investment in the field of urban mobility in Egypt. The company governance structure is distributed among a pioneering investment group based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and Egyptian entrepreneurs. In this realm, the group consists of five companies that provide innovative integrated solutions for urban mobility within an inclusive approach.

Mwasalat Misr operates in Egypt based on contracts with the Egyptian Ministry of Housing through the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), the Egyptian Ministry of Transport through the Land Transport Regulatory Authority (LTRA), and the Cairo Governorate Cairo Transport Authority (CTA).

Mwasalat Misr app helps users to know bus times, reduce waiting times, and not miss a bus again.

Great, but unfortunately many things don't work. The login using Gmail is mandatory while there is another option to use like the mobile number. Even with using Gmail, it direct me to another page to complete the sign in process by filling extra fields, one of them is email address again, while it is mandatory, it is not active. The app interface is not compatible with my mobile screen size. The app need a software Architect and UI/UX designer to design it properly before releasing it

I tried to create an account but it just doesn't work, once I downloaded the app I received an alert saying request error {} please login again, (I didn't even have an account) but creating a new one just didn't work, it's like the code of that screen is disconnected or something because clicking any button does nothing, you really need to fix that or at least provide more information on your website to allow people to ride the buses without the app

Although it's good that the bus has air conditioning, the app itself is barely useful. You can't plan ahead at all, the moment you try to search up the place you wanna take the bus from, the app just crashes, so if you wanna look for bus times, you just have to be at the exact stop. A second problem is that alot of times it glitches or sth and it doesn't show any bus pickup times for the next hour or so, I'd think that there really isn't any buses then I see the bus right Infront of me.
