i already created an account for the fourth time. but i cant log in because the username is invalid, but they dont have username when creating the account. only full name, phone number, and password. so how can we log in when we dont know what to put in the username?

The app is useful, but the appointment time slots frequently do not appear, making it hard to book schedules. This issue happens repeatedly and needs immediate attention from the developers to improve the user experience.

Keep on asking to update but there is no update available so i cannot login.Making me delay on my other things to do.How to finish the given task fast if this app is having a problem like this.The old app is more easy to use.
