After multiple crashing and the app logging me out then no longer accepting my password after resetting it, it's clear the app was launched only half-assed. For an app that is needed for a service they plan on charging for they need to change most of how it works. Edit: Upgrade to 3 stars after getting needed help, but the app still needs a lot of work with GPS, crashes, and extremely long wait times for Catch Connect (sometimes over an hour when not in queue)

The Catch Connect nearly always goes to an address 10 minutes away from me (by foot) and then marks me as a no-show when I don't walk there fast enough.

Can you please email us at info@mwrta.com mentioning this issue with the specific address in question. Generally, we would pull up to the address so we need to look further into this. If the driver has marked arrive and they are not in the right spot, please call us instead of trying to walk to the bus- we will go to you. 508 283 5083
