There are several issues with the service and the app aggravates a number of those. The interface is sluggish, outdated and full of vulnerabilities. Crashes are constant and the GPS tracking is inaccurate. ETA is a sad joke and the routing backend might as well be a random draw instead of even the most basic routing algorithm. You lose connection with the dispatch all the time, there is no conversation log or audit log and on top of that they treat you like you are stupid or unable to read.

After multiple crashing and the app logging me out then no longer accepting my password after resetting it, it's clear the app was launched only half-assed. For an app that is needed for a service they plan on charging for they need to change most of how it works. Edit: Upgrade to 3 stars after getting needed help, but the app still needs a lot of work with GPS, crashes, and extremely long wait times for Catch Connect (sometimes over an hour when not in queue)
