"Use the Clickers™ MX app to keep secure suspension notes for up to 5 bikes, including:

Keep a solid record of your current suspension setup. Whenever you are not feeling comfortable on your bike, or you feel that your suspension needs some adjustment, do not be afraid to try a new setting and see what it does - you can always go back to your base setting. Your base setting comprises the compression and rebound for both your forks and your shock, including Low-Speed and High-Speed adjusters, as well as you Fork height. Then depending on the model and year of your bike, it will also include your fork air pressure and/or preload.
